As a subscription box service, Yogi Surprise has to keep its community of loyal subscribers interested and engaged in order to maximize recurring subscriptions.
The 7-Day Eco Challenge was a simple and fun email series designed to connect with existing subscribers and encourage them to read more content posted on the Yogi’s Journal (blog).
The goal was not to sell, but to nurture.
Nurturing existing subscribers using a timely/seasonal challenge helped get them excited about future boxes, increasing their chances of continuing their subscriptions and/or upgrading their subscriptions.
